About Me
My name is Allen Todd Yeager, and I’m a professional working artist currently living in New York City. I’ve been creating and selling original artwork since the age of 12, and my journey as an artist has taken me from childhood sketchbooks to museum exhibitions. Born in the 60s and raised in a time when access to art museums was just a short trip away, I developed a lifelong connection to fine art and portraiture.
A Lifelong Dedication to Fine Art
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of showing my fine art paintings in both private and public galleries. My work was featured for many years at a gallery in Washington, DC, and more recently at the Leslie + Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art in New York. Whether in a curated show or right here on my website, I’m proud to share my art with collectors, admirers, and fellow creatives.
My work spans a variety of mediums and subjects—large-scale paintings, studies, custom portraits, self-portraits, and nudes. While some pieces are conceptual, others are created simply for their beauty. I’m especially drawn to the human form, and I find endless inspiration in people who might be considered unconventional. For me, there’s a certain elegance in uniqueness that traditional beauty standards often overlook.

A Few Personal Details
